Product Details

Quinoderm Cream is used for the treatment of acne, providing the peeling action of benzoyl peroxide (5%) and the antibacterial properties of hydroxyquinoline sulphate.

Directions

Adults, elderly and children: apply thinly 2 or 3 times daily by gentle massage over all the affected area.

Ingredients

Active ingredient: Benzoyl peroxide 5.0% w/w, potassium hydroxyquinoline sulphate 0.5%

Side Effects

During the first few days of treatment a moderate reddening and peeling will occur. During the first few weeks of treatment a sudden increase in peeling will occur in most patients.

This is not harmful and will normally subside within a day or two if treatment is discontinued. If excessive irritation, redness or peeling occurs, discontinue use.

Warnings

Shouldn't be used for those with known hypersensitivity to benzoyl peroxide.

Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth and mucous membranes. Care should be taken when applying the product to the neck and other sensitive areas.

Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight and other sources of ultra violet light.

The product may bleach dyed fabrics.
